DERMIDA® Cellulite Reversal Microneedle Serum is designed to reduce cellulite while tightening the skin. It promotes the burning of local fat deposits, microcirculation and restores long lost elasticity and firmness to the skin.

The sterile and pharmaceutically pure cellulite serum is applied prior to treatment and then transdermally applied directly into the skin using the Dermaroller or Dermapen. Microperforation maximizes efficacy exponentially. For use on the abdomen, buttocks, arms and thighs.

Innovative active ingredient complex with lasting effect.

Many users despair in the fight against cellulite and orange peel skin. The leading research laboratory for microneedle applications, Dermida, has tested and improved Cellulite Reversal Microneedle Serum in a total of 138 long-term tests. The result is a unique serum based on caffeine, maltodextrin, English ivy extract and extracts of the Indian pepper tree (Gotu Kola).

With 5% caffeine, the microneedling serum effectively reduces cellulite. Improves microcirculation, stimulates fat burning, metabolism and lipolysis. It is able to reduce the swelling, water retention and fat accumulation typical of cellulite and eliminate them from the body in the long term.

Cellulite Serum is designed for effective application with the help of mesoroller, dermaroller and various cosmetic devices (dermapen, electroporation, electrophoresis, ultrasound, iontophoresis, etc.). The needle tip must have a length of at least 1.0 mm.

Sophisticated in every detail - Microneedling Cellulite Serum

Knowing that modern serums must be applicable in practice is as important to us as an effective effect. That is why we supply the serum against eye wrinkles, bags under the eyes and dark circles in a soft amber glass bottle to protect the sensitive contents from UV radiation. All injection containers are closed with a rubber stopper (septum) for piercing.

In addition, there is an external aluminum foil closure that fixes and protects the septum. A special high-tech rubber is used for a secure seal, which closes automatically and completely after the cannula has been pierced. Thus still sterile and uncontaminated, the serum remains sealed for up to 2 years as if it had never been opened.

Application tips

1. Apply Cellulite Reversal Serum after cleansing and disinfecting the area of skin to be treated. The sterile serums are applied before the actual injection in order to inject the high concentrations of active ingredients directly with a dermaroller or a needle pen.

2. First, carefully remove the white cap from the vial.

3. Withdraw the serum using the fine dosage syringe provided. Attach the needle to the syringe and remove the protective cap. Be careful not to touch the needle with your fingers to avoid contamination.

4. Pierce the gray septum with the collection syringe and withdraw the desired amount of serum.

5. The needle can be easily removed to safely distribute the serum on the skin. You can then work the serum in with a needling device of your choice. The serum now also serves as a lubricating film and makes the treatment more pleasant.

Disinfection of the device

Mix 4 ml Instrusol® with 100 ml water in a glass and place the dermaroller in it for 15 minutes. The dermaroller should be completely covered with the mixture. Then rinse the dermaroller with lukewarm water and let it air dry. If the NeedlingPen is used instead, the needle head must be disinfected in the same operation.

Cleaning and disinfecting the face

Clean the face thoroughly. Disinfect with Alcoderm. Then apply the sterile serum to the face using the syringe provided. Wearing powder-free nitrile gloves is recommended to avoid spreading germs.

Microneedling technique

Here it is helpful to divide the body into different zones. Now roll 8 times from top to bottom and 8 times from left to right. Then 8 times diagonally from top left to bottom right and 8 times diagonally from top right to bottom left. After each roll, remove the dermaroller completely from the skin and put it back on. Repeat this process until all skin areas have been treated. When using the NeedlingPen, simply glide over the same area of skin 3-4 times.

Behavior after treatment

Use Skin Plus Treatment PostBalm for optimal after-treatment of stressed skin. After treatment, rinse the Dermaroller thoroughly with clear water, disinfect with Instrusol® and water as in step 1 and allow to air dry. Store the dermaroller in the container provided. Avoid touching the skin with your hands for the next two hours. Avoid heavy sweating, steam baths and direct sunlight on the day of treatment. Do not wear makeup. Sleep is the best rest for your skin now.
