Achieve first-class results with high-quality PRP tubes!

"The safest, fastest and simplest method for obtaining high-purity and autologous plasma."

PRP tubes are medical devices that isolate platelets from a patient's blood. The platelets contain growth factors that can regenerate tissue and promote healing. PRP tubes are used in regenerative and aesthetic medicine.

Description

Density Platelet Gel PRP tubes are a new generation of medical devices manufactured with advanced technology to improve the quality and efficiency of PRP treatment. The tubes are CE marked and meet numerous ISO certifications. They are suitable for the production of plasma for therapeutic purposes and are equipped with a high safety standard.

They are all CE marked (93/42/EEC, updated by Directive 2007/47/EEC) and then validated according to numerous ISO certifications such as ISO 9001: 2008, EN ISO 13485: 2012 and EN ISO14971: 2009, ISO 10993 -1: 2009, ISO 10993-3: 2005.

Certified as medical devices in risk class IIa

Approximately 4 / 5 ml of PRP can be obtained in each PRP tube.

Density Platelet Gel PRP Tubes

Density Platelet Gel PRP Tubes is a modular medical product used for the production of platelet-rich plasma (PRP).

It has the following properties:

  • Each tube holds 9 ml of blood and has a pre-calibrated vacuum for a ~9 ml blood sample.

PRP tubes without separating gel and citrate

Our PRP tubes are produced without separating gel and citrate as an anticoagulant. This allows us to increase the amount of PRP obtained per tube by at least 10 % and at the same time improve the effect of PRP therapy.

Our tubes are more versatile than tubes with citrate, as they can be used with or without an anticoagulant depending on the application. For example, our tubes can be used to produce plasma gels for the popular Unicorn method or autologous fillers as an alternative to Botox and hyaluronic acid.

Instead of citrate, we use heparin in our plain PRP tubes. Heparin has been shown to provide a higher yield of platelets than sodium citrate. Platelets require calcium ions for degranulation, which are bound by citrates. Heparin, on the other hand, inhibits antithrombin III and therefore has no effect on the platelets.

Advantages of PRP tubes without separating gel and citrate

  • Higher yield of platelets
  • Improved effect of PRP therapy
  • More versatile in use
  • Easy to use
  • Safe and effective

PRP tubes are made from a high-quality material

Density Platelet Gel - PRP tubes are made of a high-quality material that protects the platelets from damage. The material is free of plastic and micronized silicone, which ensures maximum biological effect.

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a concentrated mixture of platelets and plasma. Platelets contain growth factors that can regenerate tissue and promote healing. PRP is used in regenerative and aesthetic medicine.

Density Platelet Gel - PRP tubes are available in the following vacuum capacities: 9ml. The tubes are easy to use and can be applied by any doctor.

The advantages of PRP tubes without anticoagulant and separating gel

PRP tubes without anticoagulant and separating gel are a new generation of tubes that offer a number of advantages. Here are some of the key benefits:

  • Flexibility: the tubes can be used with different anticoagulants as required. This gives physicians the ability to choose the anticoagulant according to the specific application.
  • Increased PRP yield: The use of tubes without separating gel can lead to a higher yield of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). Separating gel can form a barrier between the plasma and the other blood components, which can reduce the amount of PRP collected. Without this barrier, more PRP can be collected.
  • Improved mechanism of action: Some studies suggest that the absence of anticoagulants such as citrate may improve the mechanism of action of PRP therapy. Citrate binds calcium ions, which are necessary for platelet activation. Without citrate, platelets can be more active and effective.
  • Greater variety of applications: As the tubes are manufactured without additives, they can be used for applications that are not possible with citrate-based tubes. This expands the range of applications for PRP in medical practice.

Fields of application for PRP tubes

PRP tubes without anticoagulants offer great flexibility and can be used in a variety of medical applications. Here are some examples:

Orthopaedics: PRP tubes can be used to treat injuries such as arthritis, cartilage damage and tendon injuries.

  • Dermatology: PRP tubes can be used to treat skin conditions such as acne, wrinkles and hair loss.
  • Dentistry: PRP tubes can be used to treat gum disease, tooth loss and oral mucosal injuries.
  • Sports medicine: PRP tubes can be used to treat sports injuries such as muscle strains, torn ligaments and broken bones.
  • Plastic surgery: PRP tubes can be used to treat scars, wrinkles and other skin changes.

PRP tubes without anticoagulants offer a number of advantages over traditional PRP tubes. They are more flexible, can be used in a variety of applications and offer improved efficacy.

Precautionary measures

Density Platelet Gel PRP Tubes are a medical device and should only be used by qualified professionals. The use of the tube is contraindicated in patients with acute or chronic infections, uncontrolled metabolic diseases, severe kidney or liver disease, autoimmune diseases or radiation therapy. Patients with congenital or acquired functional platelet defects may release fewer growth factors, making it difficult to obtain a platelet-rich concentrate for clinical use.

Platelet-derived growth factors can stimulate cell proliferation. The use of the platelet gel is contraindicated in suspected malignant degenerative lesions and it should only be introduced into vital tissue and in direct contact with the tissue (if necessary, through micro-openings on the surface of the tissue) to ensure tissue regeneration.

Here are some other important safety instructions:

  • The Density Platelet Gel PRP tube must only be used for use in accordance with the instructions for use.
  • The PRP tube must not be used if it is damaged.
  • The PRP tube must not be used with other medical devices that are not approved for use with the tube.
  • The tube must not be mixed with other substances that are not approved for use with the tube.
  • The PRP tube must not be used if the expiry date has passed.
  • The PRP tube must be disposed of according to the instructions after use.
